OUR MISSON STATEMENT

PUNCTUALITY AND COURTESY
Please note we hold a strict punctuality policy, all allocated appointments must begin and end at scheduled time so that the next client will not be delayed. If you do not attend or are more than 15 minutes late a charge may be applied. We kindly ask that you arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment if it is your first appointment at the studio as we will need to carry out a full consultation.

CANCELLATIONS
Please note we hold a strict 24 hour cancellation policy, if this is not adhered you will incur a charge of the total treatment price.

PURCHASE OF RETAIL PRODUCTS
All retail products must be paid for in full at the time of purchase or ordering. 

GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers are non refundable and are valid for 6 months from purchase date and will not be accepted after the expiry date. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred. Vouchers cannon be used in January or December. Your gift voucher must be handed in to the therapist at the start of the appointment.  You are not under obligation to use the full value of your voucher during on session.  Late cancellation and 'failure to show' terms as laid out above also apply to gift vouchers.

We reserve the right to review prices in line with inflation

DATE PROTECTION POLICY
Personal data taken from clients during consultation procedures will ne stored in line with GDPR guidelines. 

MEDICAL CONDITIONS
We ask that you then disclose all medical conditions including pregnancy prior to booking as some treatments may not be suitable, you can give any relevant information on your consultation card.

MOBILE PHONES
In the interest of comfort of all our clients, we ask that you please refrain from talking loudly on your phone and ensure it is on silent for the full duration of your time in the studio wherever possible.

CHILDREN
Please note we are unable to allow children in the studio during any appointments due to insurance policies.

HYGIENE
Salon hygiene is of the up most importance, therefore we ask all clients to wash and sanitise their hands upon arrival, all of our tools and work areas are cleaned and disinfected between treatments. We change our towels and linens between treatments and they are laundered according to HSSE guidelines
